Job Application Tracker (the “App”) is developed by Pratheesh Bennet. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.
1. Information you enter
You may enter details such as job titles, company names, application statuses, notes, and interaction history. This information is used to provide the App’s job-application tracking features.
2. Data collection by the developer
The developer does not collect your job-application data, operate an account system for this App, or receive your saved applications through a developer-managed server. The App is designed to work with data stored on your device and, where available and enabled, your personal iCloud account.
3. Local storage and iCloud
App information is stored locally on your device. If iCloud synchronization is available and enabled, Apple may store and synchronize app information using your iCloud account, subject to your Apple settings and Apple’s terms and privacy practices. Data stored through iCloud is processed by Apple, not on a server operated by the developer. You can manage iCloud settings on your Apple device.
4. Analytics, advertising, and tracking
The App does not include developer-operated behavioral analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party ad SDKs. The developer does not sell or share your application data with advertisers or data brokers.
5. Data retention and deletion
Your information remains in local app storage until you remove it or delete the App, subject to device backups and operating-system behavior. If your data is synchronized to iCloud, deleting the App from a device may not delete its iCloud copy. You may need to remove synchronized data using the App’s deletion functions (if available) or Apple’s iCloud storage controls.
6. Security
The App relies on the security protections provided by iOS and, when used, Apple’s iCloud services. No system can guarantee absolute security. Protect your device and Apple Account with appropriate security settings.
7. Children’s privacy
The App is intended for general job-search organization and is not designed to collect personal information from children.
8. Changes to this policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated if the App’s features or data practices change. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
