Coach Pilot: Career Coach CRM (“Coach Pilot”) is designed with privacy in mind. The app helps career coaches manage clients, sessions, notes, CVs, and follow-up information.
Information You Add
Coach Pilot may store information that you choose to enter, including client names, contact details, career information, session notes, next steps, and CV attachments.
This information is provided by you and is used solely to provide the app’s features.
Data Storage and iCloud
Coach Pilot does not operate its own server or developer-controlled cloud database for storing your coaching data.
Your app data is stored on your device and, when iCloud synchronization is enabled and available, may be stored and synchronized through your personal Apple iCloud account using Apple’s CloudKit services.
Your use of iCloud is also subject to Apple’s privacy policies and terms.
AI Note Structuring
On supported Apple devices, Coach Pilot may provide AI-assisted features for structuring session notes.
These features use Apple’s on-device Foundation Models. Coach Pilot does not send your session notes to a third-party AI service or to a Coach Pilot server for AI processing.
Your original notes are preserved unless you choose to modify or delete them.
CVs and Documents
CVs or other documents you attach to a client are used to provide Coach Pilot’s document-management functionality. Coach Pilot does not sell these documents or use their contents for advertising.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to store information and documents relating to your clients.
Contact Actions
Coach Pilot may allow you to initiate email, phone, or WhatsApp communication using contact information you have entered. These actions may open third-party apps or services, which are governed by their respective privacy policies.
Analytics, Advertising and Tracking
Coach Pilot does not sell your personal information.
If the current version of Coach Pilot does not include advertising, third-party tracking, or third-party analytics, no client or coaching information is collected for these purposes.
Data Sharing
Coach Pilot does not share your coaching records, session notes, CVs, or client information with the developer for advertising or data-broker purposes.
Information may be processed by Apple where necessary to provide iCloud and other Apple platform services.
Data Retention and Deletion
Your data remains on your device and/or in your iCloud account according to the app’s functionality and Apple’s iCloud services.
You can delete individual information within Coach Pilot where deletion functionality is provided. Deleting the app may remove locally stored information, but information synchronized with iCloud may remain in iCloud according to Apple’s data-retention behavior.
Children’s Privacy
Coach Pilot is intended for professional use and is not designed for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated as Coach Pilot evolves. Any significant changes will be reflected by updating the policy and its “Last updated” date.
